The ARAVALI team comprises of young committed and professionally qualified people in rural development, rural management, and social sector. ARAVALI has the internal competence to work on issues in the management of natural resources, micro finance, livelihoods and health and most importantly on institution development. One of the biggest strengths of the ARAVALI team is its ability to design, plan and conduct capacity building and training programmes.
